Barba Sideri's "Ladokolla"
More than half a century has passed since the butcher Barba-Sideris turned his butcher shop with fine meats to a tavern, marrying HASSAPOHARTO (special wrapping paper used by butchers) with LADOKOLLA (waxed paper using for baking) while staying faithful to tradition and quality.
A lot of things have changed, but inspite of the times we insist on not seperating friends which coming to our tavern to individuals whilst enjoying our delicious grilled. This is why we have chosen to serve them like in the old times, on the "ladokolla", upgrading the simple individual enjoyment of our fine meats to a collective bliss.
So our favorite pair of Hassapoharto and Ladokolla was to accompany them worthy traditional snacks in a delicious journey of an other season ...
Ladokolla ... to remember the old and learn the younger ...!
And of course ... our plates and dishes at your service!!!
